Can I alter my order after payment?

Our team tries its hardest to make sure that everything on the website is clear, but if  something is questionable please reach out to us at help@thefuzzypaws.com for any information. Once you purchase a product the order cannot be altered unless there is an error on our part

Is this website safe to use and pay with?

What if I received a damaged, wrong, or faulty item?

If you received an item that is any of these conditions, or an any condition that you feel is improper, we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. If this happens to you we'd like to make it right. Please send an email to admin@thefuzzypaws.com within a week (7 days)* of it's delivery.

 What is the time from purchase to delivery?

It's hard to estimate exactly the time to delivery, but should be anywhere from a week to 4 weeks. For more specific information please contact us.

 

* - If the email is received within the 7 day time frame but no response has come back, then please be patient and contact us again if no response comes after 3 days. If the email was placed within the 7 days your refund will be respected regardless of a pending response.
